Return and Exchange Policy for Fragrance Oils

Unopened bottles may be returned for any reason up to 7 days of the date you receive the product for a full refund. Exchanges are also honored for 7 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Open bottles (broken shrink wrap seal) cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund.Β  Proof of purchase is also necessary by showing a screen shot of receipt or exact date of purchase, name address telephone number that match order.Β Β 

Refunds for returns conforming to the above-mentioned policy will be issued within five business days from the product acceptance by Fragrance Oils sold by Dee.

Exchanges are processed within five business days if all applicable exchange information is provided to Fragrance Oils sold by Dee by 12:00 PM EST.

Any items reported damaged when received will need to be reported within 24 hours of you receive the product to qualify for an exchange.Β 

Refunds can only be returned to the card used to purchase.Β
